Kerry joined Keenan at the end of 2018 to manage the Healthcare Support Work desk. The desk was warm with clients and temps however Kerry planned from the start to grow the desk to full capacity and set about creating her own impressive goals, alongside her monthly targets.

"January 2019 to January 2020 has seen a huge 92% increase in billings running through the Healthcare Support desk. This is down to the diligence of Kerry as a Senior within the firm. A real team player and asset to the company, we are delighted to have Kerry as part of the Keenan family. 

I was very impressed to see Kerry offer her own targets at her monthly one to one meetings, alongside the set company Key Performance Indicators. Kerry is passionate about her sector and always delivers. She has built excellent rapport with our Clients and the temporary workers running through her desk. Kerry is great fun and a pleasure to have in the office."
