We respect the importance of diligence, so hold an in-depth interview in person when registering candidates, to ensure a sound understanding of their employment history and training, ensuring we place people into the most appropriate teams.
Temporary placements: Once we have successfully placed our candidate within your team, we will carry out weekly checks with both the candidate and you, the client, to ensure the smooth running of the placement.
Permanent placements: When you have made your offer to a Keenan candidate we will facilitate the start date and call monthly for 6 months to ensure the smooth transition into your company.
